Members of Steering committee
The Steering Committee is the body that approve all project document, decisions, reports and acceptance of every step of the project. Participants in Steering committee are representatives of coordinator and all beneficiaries of the project, who have mandate to take decision. The Committee guarantees the overall project coordination between tasks, and moreover, it evaluates the deliverables before final submission to the Commission.

Thomas Berger (TU Fulda, Germany)
Thomas Berger has been head of the EU liaison office of the University of Applied Sciences (UAS) Fulda since 2016. Before he joined the university he had been managing director of the Institute of Interdisciplinary Research inter.reseaerch e.V. for 17 years. He still works part time for the Institute as director of mobility programmes and on-line academy. He has managed a regional Erasmus+ traineeships consortium since 2001 and the European Erasmus for young entrepreneurs consortium OPEN-EYE since 2009. He has been involved in numerous European research, education and innovation projects. Mr. Berger received his Diploma Degree in Applied Computer Science in 1999 from the UAS Fulda and his MBA Degree in Science and Education Management in 2011 from the Carl-von-Ossietzky University Oldenburg. He is member of the Aspires-Management team in Fulda.

Nikola Kletnikov (Military Academy, FYROM)
Nikola Kletnikov has been head of the Department for II and III cycle of studies and professional development, Military Academy „General Mihailo Apostolski“ Skopje, since 2017. He achieved his Master degree at Military academy Skopje Thesis: Planning of crises response operations on operational level in the Army of Republic of Macedonia – contribution to national security and finished several NATO courses for crisis operation planning. He was head of section for planning and administrative issues in Military academy Skopje. Before he joined the Military Academy he had been head of operational center in General Staff of the Army of the Republic of Macedonia and deputy commander of border brigade. He has managed international high-education and defense-security project Summer Camp-2014 and Summer Camp- 2015. He also was Leader of national representatives in international working group for preparing of "SEEBRIG DISASTER RELIEF OPERATIONS CONCEPT". He has participated in numerous international scientific conferences and has published a lot of journal’s, articles and conference papers related to crisis management and disaster response. He is member of the Aspires- team in Military Academy – Skopje as a project manager.
